Urgent Action Needed:
Support for HB 4242 is waning in the Senate. It has not yet come up for a vote. Please have your Chamber of Commerce, Economic Development Council members and the company receiving the 313 limitation call their Senator immediately and voice support for HB 4242.
What is at stake is the future of 313 Agreements. If we can’t get this extended it is possible the state could take it out of our hands and give the limitation to the company with no benefit to districts.
The Senate is about to break for lunch, so you have a little bit of time, but not much. Call, text, email, send up a smoke signal in support for HB 4242.
